The number of thumbs suggests that maybe people are maybe misinterpreting this as production from D&L #1 - that's not the impression I was seeking to create.
Based on the dates I think that it is probably just the authorities documenting the uncontrolled flow from the well during the blowout.
So retrospective permission for the O&G emitted (which is a positive in itself). Of course they will still have broken various other environmental laws.
So thanks for the thumbs, but be cautious with interpretation.
