God knows when these matters will come down...the easy ones are before 3 Supreme Court judges on appeal:
1. The Health Care levy..only $80 m.

BUT..and its abig but:

Hargrave J has to bring down a judgement amounting to $1.2Billion..and my thinking here is he wont do that till the 3 judges bring down the Appeal..cos he wont want to be appealed to them..he will follow there reasons whichever way they go.

So if the Appeal hits Napthine...expect Hargraves J judgement to hit him as well..and then TTS and TAH wll go up...Id expect $4 will come along real quick.
