Its interesting to see how rubbish this property forum has become.

I am long term bullish on property.. let me say that straight up. Short term? I don't care to speculate.

I believe that the bears have some valid points, however the conviction in which they argue these points is so narrow minded that they refuse to even consider the alternative, is ignorant.

There are a couple of posts on this forum that simply state a fact, or statistic, and if it is even slightly bullish, it gets thumbsdown'd into oblivion.

I thumbs up bears AND bulls for the contribution that they make, not because of their outlook on property.

I think that the bears' prejudice on peoples posts, is closely related with their flawed thinking.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that property is a strong investment at the moment, it just takes an open mind.

P.S. Some of the greatest investors alive are bullish on property atm. (Buffet, Zell.. Ahhh whatever, It's like speaking to a brick wall..... At least we can both agree THEY'RE worthless.
