I'm starting to wonder if the serial posters on these threads have children or wives (or an actual life)? Why sit around arguing & refreshing your HC screen every minute to get your vote in for your bullish/bearish post?
It's amazing to see the amount of time spent arguing over semantics & "you said this but it's your own words" & blah, blah, blah. Wouldn't your time be better spent buying more property (if you're so bullish) or saving some money if you're bearish?
