good point dossantd I have been researching this myself and I am still none the wiser whether the registration that has been filed has been declared "effective" from the SEC. My understanding is that there would of been confidential prelim registration statements filed with the SEC with SEc reviewing these and telling Prima what they had to rectify hence the delay we have had. Now we have publicly filed the registration statement but I think we still need SEC to declare it effective. However on the EDGAR site its filed as registration of securities so maybe SEC have declared it effective if so then we are nearing the time real soon that we should have least a date on nasdaq listing however if we are still waiting on SEC to declare it effective then I reckon we may have a month or so before we may know the date this is all based on my own research and I would dearly love someone to clarify this a bit more and I stand to be corrected on any of this. Also I have read somehere that after it lists on the NASDAQ there will probably be another blackout period where the company is not allowed to promote the company in the US for 2 weeks, but they are allowed to promote company at present once again this is my undertstanding from research from the SEC sites and Nasdaq sites plus googling Lets all hope its sooner rather than later GLTA
