If we don't have a date (which will probably be date given + 10 days) by end March, given the registration announcement date of (14th Feb) at the very latest, then we can it becomes silly.
Date should given to us anywhere between 14th March and 1 April. Which means a listing date of ...24th March thru to 10th April.
At least now we have a (hopefully) solid window to place our expectation.
