In addition to what others have posted, let me again post what MR told me on Feb 22nd:
"The NASDAQ hasn't given us an actual listing dates yet. We have been finally cleared by the SEC for a listing that is what the recent announcement was about and as you can understand we can't comment until we receive the listing date.
Once this date is given the market makers lead by Deutsche Bank, Noble and Aegis may begin purchases as they deem fit to demand in the US. No new shares will be issued they will be transferrable from the asx"
I think the dates InToWin has posted should prove to be fairly accurate.
This could very well be the month we have all been waiting sooo long for!
