NASDAQ listing date is usually 4 to 8 weeks as per NASDAQ website for companies listed on other exchanges if i recall properly.
So I would say anytime between 14 March t2012 to 14 April 2012 is the most likely date for listing given the registration was in mid february.
Might pay to get in early before the listing date, this stock has alot of interest already from overseas brokers.
