It's an interesting point. My question would be why is a trading halt needed?
Perhaps a good reason would be if (and assuming if) prima would get to know before Deutsche and BNYM. A TH would give mums and dads an equal playing field to buy/sell along side the up scoop of shares from ASX to nasdaq for PBMD. It would be unfair to me that BNYM would get to hear earlier than the markets and start accumulating over days and days without market being aware. Quite honestly I think we're in for a short term sky ride. I wonder if that order for 0.64 will get taken out.
