I have to admit, you got me re-thinking my view on the TH.
In retrospect, i am more inclined now to think that the ann will only result in a "Pre-open" which is usually just a 15 minute pause in normal trading.
My reasoning is that the co has already informed the market that the application has been filed, so it should not come as a surprise when it's approved.
If the ann comes prior to the market opening, which is quite likely given the time zone difference from the US, the ASX will simply delay commencement of trading for that 15 min period.
We'll see in due course.
