you say they were due to sign off 6 months ago, little late but looks like they reached some kind of arrangement in October. I think the REE extraction has complicated the water deal and turned it into a very different animal.
So much secrecy/confidentiality surrounds these deals its hard to know where we are up to exactly
anyway nice to see that it can rise on small volume as that is how it has been pushed down
