But I am also taking the comments by Anil Mankar, Rob Telson and Peter van der Made specifically referring to small form factor AKIDA say two nodes doing temperature, pressure and humidity. As well as the 12C connection port that is available on AKD1000. Anil Mankar states at 2021 Ai Field Day in answer to the following question:

”So talk to me about 13S, 12C thing?

Anil Mankar: …12C is a new standard that can connect multiple sensors like pressure, temperature, humidity all those can be on that.”

Add to this the video released by Brainchip stating that AKIDA can be used to monitor the health of bridges.

Then go to the NASA site itself and it is offering to licence the sensor technology as a whole package including the processing box or just the fibre optic sensor. This makes clear to me that the processing and the fibre optic sensor are separate technologies. It is clear when you really dig into the site that it is only the fibre optic sensor that they developed and they have taken the processor from somewhere else.

Lots of facts and dots from which assumptions can be drawn.
