So BNYMC has almost one third of the voting power of all shareholders in the Australian domiciled public limited liability corporation that is Kazia Therapeutics. This is why I have raised the BNYMC holding and the long standing arbitrage situation on these fora for some time now, because any share that ends up on the NASDAQ represents a larger proportion of control over Kazia by BNYMC. It's not necessarily something to worry about but worth noting.
