No worries there. I could be wrong about this, but that may be through some arrangement between NASDAQ and BNYMC, or some legal requirement under US law that would relate to the NASDAQ traded depository note holders relationship to the depositary note holder (BNYMC) , but under Australian law, I suspect that BNYMC is the legal (if not beneficial) shareholder and the depository note holders are probably not recognised as vote holders under Australian law.
