NASDAQ beckons Resolution

The US Government's recent doobling of I funds to lock do'Ml a critical mineral supply chain has prO'vided Resdution Minerals Lid 'v'tith the impetus to pursue a listing on the N.A.SDAQ. What was once a $US2.5 billion allocation in the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB) Act for critical minerals projects was boosted to $US5 billion in the filal week leading up to President Donald Trump's inking of the OBBB on July 4. The mc,,,e boosted Resolution's confi dence in a dual-listing, which had already been bolstered by a large investment from NASDAQ-listed SnCM' Lake Resoorces Lid at the end of July. For Resolution US operations chief exec utive Craig Lindsay, the decision to list on the NASDAQ v.as "logical" given the US's renewed focus on a critical minerals stockpile as part of the nation's defence imperative. "President Trump, with this big, beautiful bill, as he calls it, is massively supportive of the development of critical metals projects," Lindsay said. A dual listing woold also increase expo sure to a larger pool of deep-pocketed investors with a greater appetite for US critical mineral plays. Resolution is targeting investors similar to Snow Lake, which bit off more than 5% of the company. "Given that our project is in Idaho and the US Government has a very big push on for critical metals, it's a logical step for us to start tapping into that US investor market," Lindsay said. Retail ill\.-'estors have increasingly bought into Resolution, which according to Lindsay should be followed quickly by institutional investors.

Resolution completed the acquisition of the Horse Heaven antimonygdd-tungsten project in Idaho just three weeks after the OBBB Act was signed and with permits already in play a drill campaign is imminent. "V'v11at we 1M:>uld like to do is get up to 20,000ft of drilling completed over up to 20 holes - so that's 6,000m and we 'WOUid be drilling 300m holes [over two months]," Lindsay said. "The initial drilling will target defining a gold resoorce as well as testing for tungsten." Drilling will centre on the Gold Ridge target, located on the Golden Gate fault zone which runs north-sooth and is open laterally east-west and at depth. Tungsten has historically been mined along the fault zone, starting as an open pit mine before progressing underground. Lindsay said drilling would also include a section parallel to the fault zone within a "fairly well-defined antimony anomaly".

"We will be measuring for antimony and b.mgsten as well as gdd in this drill pro gramme [but) only drilling at the Golden Gate fault zone," he said. "Aswe speak, we're actually out doing mapping and sampling -there's three guys out there who are expanding our footprint. "I/Ve are also doing some mapping and sampling in Vibeka Creek, and that's an area that runs north of Golden Gate down the side of the hill, about a 1,700ft drop. Af the north end of our de posits there's three old hdes that we have tested for gold and tungsten mineralisation, so it allows for a significant potential extension of mineralisation beyond [what is) known at Golden Gate. "We've had sampling there by prior operators of over 8 git gold."

In parallel to the current ampaign, Resolution plans to establish a "plan of operation" for a larger future drill programme to allow a higher level of surface disturbance for construction of new roads. The IM:lrks will enable initial drilling at the Antimony Ridge prospect and additional wildcat drilling at emerging targets associated with the intrusion in the centre of the Horse Heaven project between the Stibnite and Golden Gate mines. "We think there's some significant po tential for mineralisation there in some roof pendants that are parallel or adjacent to the projected intrusion," Lindsay said. Resolution is continuing to lobby the US Gcwernment for support for development of Horse Heaven, enlisting external affairs advisers Clewett Global Services. "The plan being in October to be oot knocking on doors in VVashington to intro duce our story to the Idaho delegation -the two senators from Idaho in Congress as well as hose] who represent the western part where our project is," he said. "We will also be introducing the story to the US Department of Defence with a view to submitting an application for grant money from the Federal Gc,,,ernment to potentially help us fund future exploration and development of the prtject."
