However last night there were 175 shares traded at $4 on the OTCBB. It's recorded on their website so it must still be trading there.
But if CBD is registered with NASDAQ that is great news and it looks like we are getting closer to the listing and cap raising!
The marketwatch website you added is clearly out of date.
Given the CEO has such a large stake now and that SOL's convertible notes are exercisable at the equivalent of around $0.10 I think it was, I'm assuming they will want a capital raising that will minimise dilution of their equity stake.
I'll hazard a guess and say it might be at $15.
What do you all think?
