I think some of your points are valid ,and some clearly stupid

Its obvious that CS in these markets cant do the listing ,or do they want to go out and raise it in these markets .Havent you noticed that the market is in free fall .That does not mean that the company is not progressing ,it just means that the price they thought they could list it at in the past is not their now .

Markets change over time .If tz delivers then people will invest it is pretty simple .But when banks wont lend to each other its hard to ask your clients to pay 18x earnings.

I thought actually the travel was ridiculous ,but the salaries were not exorbitant .
The same ith the related parties ,if you add them up Sigalla and Falconer get less than Feber and Kelliher ,and since they just put 500,000 each into the company its hard to criticise them
