As I remember it Insurance Companies where issuing pre-approval fact sheets( forgotten their correct name) to doctors prior to expert 9 to 1 approval vote.
I took it as an indication Insurance Companies could see the large savings to their expenditure line the treatment was going to make and probably just as disappointed by FDA decision as msb investors. I'll have a look for the thread discussing this and post.
