Think of it this way, SI didn’t sell any shares when MSB was $5 - why would he even consider an opportunistic TO now?
He has fought hard to keep control, even whilst diluting the shares - and he would be the highest casualty as he was the largest SH
I have no concerns of a successful TO, but I would love to see a few attempts
