    It kinda makes my point. In Coronary Artery occlusion (post MI) the LVAD is used as the muscle is irreversibly destroyed - transplant is the only other option, and a CABG is pointless as the damage is already done.

    The second part seems to refer to 'functional heart tissue' - ie CCF patients. Not dead but not working properly - and yes this is what Revascor is to be used for isn't it?

    I think we are agreeing here - but note - post LVAD implantation in Coronary Artery disease and MI - there is nothing that can be done. You can't restore dead muscle. it stays dead for ever. Hence the trasplant.

    Post LVAD in CCF - yes, that's where Revascor comes in.
