    @Hawk70
    I have spoken to several brilliant Doctors and specialists over the years who know their own specialist fields so well. What is obvious is they have a poor, understanding of the latest developments in translational medicine. I am well aware of “wall stretch” and the physical properties of an overworked left floppy ventricle which is why i have often referred to levels of NT-proBNP in the blood to help diagnose heart failure and other conditions in previous posts. I am also vaguely aware of the use of diuretics to help reduce the kidneys’reabsorption of sodium and water which increases the amount of water and sodium lost in urine. This reduces the amount of fluid in the veins and arteries, which lowers blood pressure.

    ”Revascor will work by tightening and improving the PQRST complex” …well perhaps you can provide some evidence of that ! It is not a speech I recall hearing from Emerson Perin of the Texas Heart Institute in relation to mechanism of action, when I was fortunate enough to be able to speak to him about the Revascor Phase 3 trial . In fact I have not been able to find any evidence of this in published research on mechanism of actions of mesenchymal stromal cells . I think you have “cooked your goose” on this one.
    This is not surprising. Our knowledge of innate immunity ,inflammatory pathways and MSCs mechanisms of action needs to be vastly improved. Perhaps you would like to enlighten yourself by reading this latest article on the role of macrophages.

    I would also love to hear how you think intramyocardial injections of allogenic MSCs at the time of LVADimplantation work to reduce major GI bleeding events by 76% and the cumulative incidence by 48%..in a 30 patient pilot I am currently looking at. . Maybe now you are starting to understand where I am coming from in relation to an adjunct procedure to certain CABG patients with end stage ischemic heart disease . No I am not suggesting that MSCs are an alternative to coronary endarterectomy !

    In any event, I would like to think we are on the same “buy” side and I can certainly learn much from you in relation to cardiovascular disease. So I will do my best not to be so defensive and welcome your contributions. Truce ? (Now I got the last word in ..haha) OP
