I wrote it and I can tell you I'm not paranoid - I'm invested. You seeing it as paranoid is on you (not matter how many likes you get). Let’s break it down: A. Ignoring announcements? Maybe the issue is you’re not reading them properly. The company has been transparent about their moves – but I guess that’s inconvenient for the conspiracy theory you’re spinning.Ok. Tell us why the assays have been knocked back twice and what has the company done to ensure they will pass? In detail! The first knockback after ODAC. Directly after that SI took aim at the FDA. Then since then SI has spent about US$80-100M of shareholders funds in developing the assays. The company gives the broad stroke picture but the company has had the time to PROVIDE COLOUR. B. Criticism is one thing, but when you’re spreading doom and gloom with zero solid facts, don’t be surprised when people call you out for it. This isn’t about silencing critics, it’s about calling out the nonsense.Grow up. I want to discuss the company and it's business. You think (somehow) that once you buy the shares you have to barrack for the company. Oh my, Mesoblast shareholders are applying criticism to management - that's crazy. Are you for real? Have you just arrived on planet earth? I want solid facts! I have zero facts because they have not been made available since 2020! That's MY point. It's about informing shareholders! Not ONE shareholder (I.e. GG). You do realise that this is a publicly listed company, yeah? C. MDI saving on a pullback? Do you even understand how these processes work? You’re speculating on random things just to fuel negativity.I'm having fun (at the expense of other posters that have been here a while). Traditionally, I mean, previously, when the SP rises at MSB, a lot of posters will start being protective of Mum and Dad Investors (MDIs). It normally happens when there is a natural retrace after a surge upwards in SP. Turns out YOU didn't understand and showed us your ignorance and straight away assumed it was fuelling negativity (which is another reflection on you obviously). D. Shorts haven’t budged because the market is unpredictable. If you’re hanging all your doubts on shorts, then you’re looking at the wrong indicators. Shorts will always be around, but it doesn’t mean the company is doomed. So you're the shorter whisperer? I'm talking about all the other times the company has been in a similar position. Previously is has been doom, yes. No one is going to argue that it has risk. I want to discuss it and get others opinions. I'm a fool? And you are a genius? I didn't say it was doomed - you did. I'm indicating there is risk and LED is a very interesting poster and I would like to know what she thinks. You don't want me doing that? And you are? E. SI isn’t talking partnerships right now because the focus is elsewhere for the time being—perhaps building value before entering a new one? Last year’s plan isn’t today’s, and that’s how companies adapt. You act like no one sees this but you—news flash: most of us aren’t buying into baseless pessimism. And GG’s ‘I’m loaded’ comment? It wasn’t ‘offered’ to anyone because it doesn’t need to be. If you’re so obsessed with who heard what and when, maybe it’s time to reassess why you’re here. Not everything’s a grand conspiracy.Let’s face it, this constant doubting and questioning is leading you down a rabbit hole. And bringing up ‘those poor kids’ at the end is a cheap attempt to leverage emotion when you’ve got nothing real to say. It’s time to get back to reality.”He told us what the strategic priorities were for 2024 at the last AGM. Now you (whoever you are) has a list of PERHAPS SI IS DOING THIS OR THAT because he certainly isn't delivering on the STRATEGIC PRIORITIES that he list in Nov 2023. That's not a conspiracy and it ain't no rabbit hole. 'Those poor kids' is what SI and the BoDs have used at previous AGM's. Yes, it is cheap, isn't it. I'm glad you agree. Thanks for coming.

Well, if we’re playing games, it looks like you’re already losing your grip on reality. you’re just ‘invested’? Sure, but it’s not just about being invested—it’s about understanding what you’re invested in, and from everything you’ve written, it’s pretty clear you’re not getting the full picture. You’re spinning your own narrative, making it sound like you’re some insider genius who knows better than the rest of us. Maybe, instead of trying to ‘discuss’ things, you should look at why you’re still holding onto an investment you so clearly distrust. Grow up? That’s rich coming from someone who clearly can’t handle the volatility of biotech. Criticism is fine, but there’s a difference between informed skepticism and just being overly negative for the sake of it. You’re here crying about not having enough information—maybe it’s because you don’t know how to interpret what is being provided. And yes, it is crazy to constantly whine without offering any factual insight of your own. So, to sum it all up—if you don’t trust the management, don’t trust the process, and seem to think everything’s a big scam, why are you still here? Maybe it’s time to divest, take your conspiracy theories elsewhere, and leave the serious investing to people who actually understand what’s going on. bye.
