We were about to commence a trial with peers, but the FDA changed their stance, and we no longer had to but could resubmit for likely approval without the need for that trial to commence.
We expect copious apologies from you if upon approval it turns out a partnership has been on hold awaiting first approval the whole time but had to be held in strict confidence meanwhile.
Your jocosity rubs some people up the wrong way sometimes, but I am okay with it >90% of the time.
