If so, thanks. Appreciated, & it seems to square closely with the S&P/ Australian Indices Methodology e.g. removing founders shares & other 'deemed' strategic l/t holders. I agree about Dr G, especially given the Board seat to the placement nominee, & I can see why you might be saying listing is 'not going to be this year', given the need to have market cap and liquidity at the necessary levels for the 6 month-period in advance.
