It dropped because ASX opened at a much lower price while NASDAQ after hours was still open.
I hope to have large enough (multiple) accounts eventually so I can do this type of arbitrage. Buy and sell on both NASDAQ and ASX to take advantage of whichever price is better. No need to convert back and forth from MSB to ADRs, just maintain large accounts in both markets.
