Yes I get that.
So in YOUR OPINION management are not doing things the way you want.
There are some of us, me included, who feel management are doing fine and think you should probably shut up and let them do there job. And frankly, you obviously don't hold enough shares to make a difference in there thinking. So if you are a minor share holder in a company and your weight cant change managements mind and you are so disillusioned I know what I would do - SELL UP.
