From what I followed, legally they will be different shares. The NASDAQ dr's are a reserved, separate group of prr fpo shares from the existing pool. I dont think it would make sense to do what you are proposing...if i understand u right. They are the same pool of shares. If you did transfer x share for NASDAQ dr's you would need to sell the fpos on the asx then transfer the cash to the us or Aussie broker that gives NASDAQ acces, then buy the dr's (PBMD). Legally though u would own the same percentage of the company but through a different financial code and market.. If u want PBMD just buy it separate.
