To me it seems better to stay on the ASX for now and grow share price from now 0.15 AUD$ to 4 AUD$ (=3 USD$) which is one of the minimums - unless i am wrong.
(and keep tjhe same number of shares - therefore no 8 or 10 or 12 to 1 reverse stock split)
Nasdaq listing - conclusion ?
