We need to remember this was not an IPO, so there are now new holders wanting to sell at a profit or just trade etc etc upon listing.
This is an ADR, have you researched how long it takes for companies to trade in these circumstances or are you just assuming it should take off straight away?
It appears the sell price has been set a bit high, is that Prima's fault, no. It is out of their control.
And no one is going to just pay what ever price is asked, especially when it is set too high. I am wondering more about why this was done, as apposed to thinking the whole thing was a disaster.
