100% agree, but that doesn't change the fact that commercialisation is an incredibly expensive process only really available to the biggest US listed companies (perhaps CSL as well). Would like to learn more about their plan for funding this, whether they will do it via a capital raise (which could be highly EPS accretive so not necessarily a negative) or through a partnership etc

Really depends on the complexity of manufacturing and distribution, if they can do it easily themselves it would probably be best to do a cap raise. Otherwise, they may benefit from the expertise and economies of scale a larger parter company could offer
