I think the issue is that you really do need that BIG BIG catalyst to make the move and that catalyst would mean a very big re rate of the stock price which in turn would help with a NASDAQ listing. I believe that they are preparing for that eventuality.
One thing worth noting is that the company is USA centric and AUS is the funder so I would suggest that there would be US funds that are already invested in IMU that would prepared to get behind a NASDAQ listing.
Its the rules that I am not clear on but that only means I have to go do some reading
