Guys I think if the demand is high enough for pmbd the sp will be tested majorly esp if they under estimate how many they need. This is crucial for a successful float. Buy too many and sp will remain unchanged. Buy too many to supply the NASDAQ and then too much inventory not selling so bad for business of the organizing institution. Wed all prefer if not enough were purchased! Meaning!
