According to this (see link) the company will have to have a bid price of more than $5 USD to list on NASDAQ. Perhaps someone else can confirm if this is really true?

At a conversion of 30 NASDAQ shares to 1 ASX share, the ASX share price will have to be about 17c (USD) for the NASDAQ sp to be $5 USD.
