I think the $5 figure is a little misleading. From my understanding it is more about the market cap. As long as PRR has enough shares on offer it can trade below $5.
Falling below the minimum required market cap is one of the major factors triggering a delisting.
The interesting aspect for PRR is that if and when we get a dual listing the ASX will most likely follow the NASDAQ as news flows will be via the FDA. Exciting stuff indeed.
