According to a well known investor publication ( I'm not sure if I can use the name as I subscribe to it -dated 7/4/2011) the listing will not be a Level 1 ( pink sheet listing) it will be higher as Prima Biomed have applied for a Level II ADR (American Depository Receipt) listing.
