Such comparisons a pretty meaningless in quantitative terms, but probably quite meaningful in qualitative terms.
The similarities are quite extraordinary, and that is why people are always reflecting off Dendreon (including yours truly), but to put actual numbers on PRR derived from DNDN is drawing a very long bow indeed!
Suffice to say that IF (and it's still a big one) phase III finally proves efficacy with minimal side effects AND there is still a market for the product (i.e. another more effective treatment has not appeared or some such similar disaster for PRR - not, of course, for the patients remember!), THEN a SP many many multiples of the current WILL occur.
Do not forget that PRR is still a very speculative stock LT, and to put your house in here would be rather silly IMHO.
