You are correct, the announcement states,
"Post the NASDAQ listing it is anticipated that there will be one NASDAQ share for every 30 Prima ASX-listed shares."
which means it is not set in stone. I believe this ratio was most likely set due to the lower SP at the time. Anyway it could change, but most likely will not anyway, lets wait and see.....looking forward to the listing.
Could they be waiting to list on Australia Day - 26th January........probably not, but it would be a nice touch.
