Westhx, spot on. The speeding ticket is a standard thing based on price and volume and there is no way that Nasdaq listing could be announced until the official approval from Nasdaq and Prima is ready to list. From the ann made by Prima it would appear approval will be just a formality and listing probably isnt that far away. I would be surprised if it was tomorrow given no mention in the speeding ticket response. However, if by co-incidence approval is given tomorrow and it gets announced thats OK too lol.
