However I believe your statement is somewhat uneducated.

If the SEC approves NASDAQ then Prima must make this public knowledge within 24 hours to the market as it is price sensitive. They are legally bound to do so and failure to comply will have serious ramifications for the company.
A speeding ticket on the ASX has no impact on whether a listing will get approved or not by the SEC.

Besides, do you really think Martin and the rest of management give a hoot whether the announcement is made when the stock is at 28c, 22, or 5c? Or what the USD conversion is at?
No, their job is to get the product (CVac) to market.
The rest will take care of itself.

Good directors think long term, not short term like some investors.
(nothing wrong with an investor/trader only thinking short term, plenty wrong with a director only thinking short term)

PS. I dare you to put your money where your mouth is and go large by shorting PRR. You'd be playing with fire!
