I'll believe what you say in regards to coppers (yes we need them, yes they do the best they can) when they obviate the need for speeding ticket quotas.
Same for all those parking officers, come to that.
And I'll believe what you say when governments stop milking us dry in order to prop up their ailing, mismanaged budgets with petty speeding fines.
Some people have actually been given less for armed robbery and murder.
