In response to the ASX's question "Is there any other explanation that the Company may have for the price change and volume in the securities of the Company" PRR stated:
We are not certain of the specific explanation, however note the ASX release (8th March 2011) and subsequent mail out of the Prima Biomed Investor Update that has been well received by shareholders".
The Investor Update had a whole section devoted to the NASDAQ listing and indicated that it is "to be finalised in the near future".
I would suggest therefore that PRR has well and truely explained its position as regards the NASDAQ listing and that it will be up to the American authorities as to when such listing occurs, not PRR's or the ASX.
Given the passage of time since the ASX announcement (8th March 2011) and PRR's statement that it will be "in the near future", one could only guess that it will occur sometime in April 2011.
