So the estimated time by which SEC matters would have been resolved is between b/w Friday 20th May and Friday 27th May 2011 (5 to 10 Days...thats in line with what A1 is saying and what has been said on previous posts).
Also have spoken to Philip Vain once or twice before and he comes across as a person of high integrity.

Kato, barring any more red tape questions by SEC( unlikely based on Kizo's discussions with Phil - but not impossible)... Yep, 3Rd time lucky I reckon this time.


Whist the trials are by FAR the most important part of Prima's march and plan towards commercilaization, lets not kid ourselves......

.....NASDAQ will be a Bonanza for the company and a boost to MR ; the Prima team (management and clinicians) and to its shareholders

MR and team deserve it - as it will help Prima in its quest to fund the Phase III trials, recruit the very ill patients and get CVAC to market asap !
