I would think the reason PRR management have not advised 'the market' of the above is because it is not market sensitive - it is purely paper shuffling and preparation.
If companies advised the market of every little movement in information, it would not be practical or relevant to the purpose of the company, (which in this case is the DEVELOPMENT & COMERCIALISATION of CVAC).
But regardless, it is great the they are happy to answer questions to shareholders who ask questions, in the right context,
