Global nanotechnology company pSivida Limited (ASX: PSD), is pleased to announce that it has today filed a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in relation to its planned listing of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) on the NASDAQ National Market.
pSivida has also received approval from NASDAQ for the listing of its ADSs pending the effectiveness of its SEC registration.
It is anticipated that pSivida’s ADSs will commence trading on NASDAQ before the end of January following the execution of formal agreements with the Depositary Bank responsible for the administration of pSivida’s American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme.
Further details of the listing and ADR programme are expected to be announced to the market prior to the commencement of formal trading
