If the company formally announces key dates and provides explicit information about its NASDAQ listing I am confident the stock will take off.

There has been a strong rally in solar stocks in the US over the last two months, with some commentators talking about an uptrend in solar establishing.

Furthermore, big players like First Solar have moved into design, construction and management of solar farm - the same business as our company - which is seen as the more profitable solar sector.

A positive announcement about the merger and US listing will see this rapidly move above 5 cents in my opinion. Once it's on the NASDAQ who knows where the share price will go.
