It is going to happen, I could care less when or if ever, company will not be independent of itself within 12-18 months so at the end of the day for me personally it is meaningless.
Only really wanted by many so that a momo fomo can be run on it.
Listing requirements are simple and all are already met, some discussion is being made as to how the shares will in the end.
Avita from what other people have said wishes everything to remain the same with the current ADR AVMXY to be listed. I don't know and as said don't care makes no difference to me or if it ever gets there before being bought out which is whether everyone wished to come to grips with that it is going to happen.
