With the NASDAQ listing likely to happen this year, what does this mean? I have little practical experience or knowledge of the mechanics of such a thing.
The way I understand it is that shares are somehow made available for trade on NASDAQ. Is that how it works or is there some other mechanism.
Is there a risk that the SP is significantly different on one or other of the exchanges, or do traders somehow even the price by trading between exchanges or some other mechanism?
I have had some exposure to OTC derivatives. Does a dual listing work a bit like that?
just interested to know how a dual listing works. I would be surprised if I were the only one who didn't really have a handle on how this works. And I'd be surprised if some posters aren't all over this stuff.
Thanks in anticipation for sharing your knowledge and experience.
