AZL is not eligible for Nasdaq since its market cap has dropped below US $50 million. If it ever reaches that level again, it would have to create "American Depositary Receipts" that would trade for at least US $4 apiece. For example, of the Australia price increases to 6 cents, that would be roughly 4 cents US, so an ADR would have to represent 100 shares of the ASX stock. It would continue to trade on the ASX.
