Consolidation of shares will undoubtedly precede NASDAQ Listing. Most likely 100 to 1.success not assured there is plenty of dead wood
on Nasdaq eg BNO ARR Some managements use listing as " a look over here moment" to distract attention from poor management
decisions .Toronto would have been a better fit IMO and cheaper
