I will be taking NASDAQ stock instead of CDIs as I would then hold the legal title of my stock (with CDIs you don't) and I would definity like to maintain voting rights.
With Interactive Brokers, stocks can be bought and sold for $6 (cheaper than Aus). Even if I wanted to sell through an Aussie broker, I would simply convert back to CDIs just before selling.
Just my thoughts.
